We have a beautiful assortment of vintage trade beads from West Africa. Most of them are sand cast beads with stripes in neutrals and blue colors that are just so incredible. They are all strung on a natural raffia cord. The process of the sand casting is completed by grinding up glass, pouring into a small mold then pushing down on each bead to creat the stripe. Each bead is made by hand. 

Each strand is about 12” long.
